Russia was responsible for the downing of flight MH-17 over eastern Ukraine that killed all 298 people on board over a decade ago, the U.N's International Civil Aviation Organization ruled.

Russia and Malaysia are working on launching direct flights between the two countries, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
