トランプ米大統領が、中国やロシアなど主要新興国で構成するＢＲＩＣＳに対して反米政策に同調する国には１０％の追加関税を課すと表明したことを巡り、事情に詳しい関係者は７日、そうした関税を直ちにＢＲＩＣＳ加盟国へ発動するわけではないと改めて強調した。
