Casandra "Cassie" Ventura is taking the stand in Sean "Diddy" Combs' criminal trial, almost two years after she sued her ex-boyfriend.

Cassie Ventura testified that she did not remember how the term “freak off” came about but she recalled Sean Combs proposed “this sexual encounter, that he called voyeurism, where he would watch me in intercourse, sexual activity with another man” within the first year of their relationship.

The 55-year-old hip-hop mogul has been charged by federal prosecutors with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

A federal jury of eight men and four women is hearing testimony at the sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs. The jurors range in age from 30 to 74.
