Warner joined the 49ers as a third-round pick in the 2018 draft. His five-year extension in 2021 was worth $95 million with $40.5 million guaranteed. At the time it made him the highest-paid off-ball linebacker in the NFL. His new extension puts him back atop his position and keeps him in San Francisco through the 2029 season.
